Everything counts

For a daily dose of happiness that comes in little or great moments in life.

I have seen many happiness blogs that say- happiness is so and so. True happiness comes in different ways to different people.

   I may feel happy seeing the sunrise, the same may be for others. But I want to create this journal for this very reason, to share with everyone that we need to stop and turn from our mundane lives, and look around us. We have become so engrossed in our work life , that we don't have time even for a small break.      At the end of a hectic day, I try to think of one thing that made me smile today , one thing that made my day count; and sadly i could not think of any.

So yes that's the very reason I am making this journal to keep track of anything that makes me happy, so that someday if i feel low i can read them to feel happy again. Here goes my first entry ---


Happiness is finding a wheelie in  a pack of fries ;)

Happiness is when your partner murmurs your name in his sleep..

Happiness that 10 minute sleep you get at work after a hearty meal..
